Gave Shojin cooking workshop today.(Buddhism vegan cooking). Participants enjoyed results very much. Kaki dressed in tofu sauce, daikon topped with vegetable miso sauce, tofu skin served with wasabi and soy sauce, rice steamed with shimeji mushrooms, and sweet potato miso soup. All plant-based.  #homemade

Today's sauces are Anko, Mitarashi (sweet starchy soysauce), sweet potato, Zunda (sweet edamame) and Nori Shoyu. All plant-based. #tokyodollnlcookdessert
